Each tour has its own inquiry form that you can fill out and submit. We’ll reply by email to confirm availability and send a link for online payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay an invoice, but you will need a credit card or debit card. Advance payment is required in order for us to confirm the booking. We do not accept cash payments the day of the tour.

Yes, all tours are private for the booking party. We do not offer public tours.

Yes, we provide private transportation and a driver for all tours and excursions. Unless a tour is booked by a solo traveler or couple, we typically reserve a minivan as it provides the most space and comfort and allows the guide to easily engage with passengers. However, if you have a special request with regard to vehicle or transportation, please let us know in the comment field when sending us your inquiry form. We can provide you with a car, SUV, minivan, minibus, all classes and categories, with private driver. We can also arrange private transfers from the hotel to the airport, from the airport to the hotel, or from the airport to Casablanca for a short visit in case you are in transit the same day. Any necessary adjustments to tour pricing will be noted on your invoice.

Admission fees as well as snack or meal expenses are not not normally included in tour pricing. Exceptions to this will be noted on the tour description page. Please plan to carry some cash in Moroccan dirhams for your personal expenses as we can’t guarantee that credit cards will be accepted at all stops. Most foreign debit cards work at Moroccan ATMs, and we’re happy to stop at one if you need to make a withdrawal.

Your guide will be with your driver when you are picked up at your requested location.

Children are welcome and it’s our pleasure to plan special activities or tours with them in mind. For example, your itinerary can include visits to botanical gardens, an amusement park, zoo, aquarium or any other possibility.

Yes, your guide can help you shop for spices, olives, Argan oil, ceramics, carpets or other souvenirs from Morocco. Please let us know when booking your tour so we can schedule shopping time in your itinerary.

In most cases, yes, if they are accompanied by someone who can provide extra assistance when needed. Let us know if you need us to arrange tailor-made visits to meet their needs. For example, we can try to arrange for an electric scooter or bike taxi for some sightseeing, or arrange for visits to sites which are already accessible by wheelchair or electrical scooter. That said, some of our excursions or day trips include sites which are not recommended for those with mobility issues. This is noted on the tour description page.

It’s your responsibility to be on time or to alert us if you’re running late. If you know in advance that you’re running late, call us at the number in your confirmation email. We’ll  do our best to adjust your tour, but some visits may need to be dropped from the itinerary since the tour must run on schedule. If you don’t show and we can’t reach you, we’ll wait only 30 minutes before assuming you will not be taking your tour. Please note that if you miss your tour or opt out of the visit, we cannot issue a refund because we have to pay our guides, drivers and other service suppliers who were waiting for you. We highly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy that covers missed activities due to unexpected illness, injury, trip interruption, delayed flights, etc.

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing by sending an email to contact@habzimth.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone.Your payment is fully refundable (minus a 10 percent processing fee) if your cancellation request is made at least 72hours in advance, and fifty percent refundable if made less than seventy two hours (72hours) prior to your tour or event date. After this period, no refunds will be given in case of cancellation or absence.
